About the Opportunity

• Data Analysis & Forecasting : Evaluate historical trends, supply inputs, and processing capacity to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Inventory Management : Develop and execute strategies to reduce excess inventory, conduct audits, reconcile discrepancies, and oversee transfers across multiple warehouse locations.

Supply Chain Coordination : Partner with suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouse teams to manage lead times, strengthen relationships, and ensure smooth product flow from acquisition to storage or delivery.

System & Process Improvement : Leverage inventory management systems (ERP / WMS) to identify inefficiencies, recommend enhancements, and support testing of new processes.

Reporting : Prepare and deliver accurate reports on inventory performance, KPIs, and operational issues to leadership, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. About You

Education : Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills : Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, advanced Excel functions, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.

Analytical Skills : Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, demand forecasting, and statistical analysis.

Soft Skills : Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Materials Management Experience : Solid understanding of inventory control, logistics principles, and materials management operations, with proven ability to implement practical solutions that positively impact organizational performance.

Pay Range

$77.86 / hr
