Are you an HR Professional with Warehouse experience? Do you thrive in roles that are client-facing, supportive, and engaging?
Randstad is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator / On-site Coordinator to join our team in Ajax, Ontario.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing different HR aspects in day-to-day operations within a high-volume warehouse or logistics setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising temporary associates in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attendance, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
This role requires a strong balance of people management, performance coaching, and operational oversight, along with an understanding of HR practices, health and safety standards, and injury reporting.
Schedule : Friday - Monday : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Pay Rate : $23-26 per hour
Location : Church Street South, Ajax (near Ajax Go station)
3 months of contract position to start with a strong potential of converting in to a permanent role.
