Your Opportunity
As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will bring strong operational awareness, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to support evolving analytical needs. This role goes beyond building dashboards—it's about understanding how the business runs, asking the right questions, and translating field, financial, and operational realities into meaningful insights that drive decision‑making. You will work closely with leaders and teams across Operations, Sales, Technical Services, Finance, and HS&E, developing user‑friendly reporting solutions while serving as a thought partner who identifies trends, challenges, and opportunities.

A Day in the Life
- Engage directly with operations and field teams to understand workflows and constraints.
- Interpret operational trends, offering recommendations that connect data to real‑world realities.
- Facilitate conversations between technical and non‑technical groups to align on definitions and priorities.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose practical, scalable improvements.
- Act as a problem‑solver, surfacing insights, risks, or gaps in data quality.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support teams during time‑sensitive decisions.
- Build strong relationships across functions ensuring reporting is accurate, actionable, and trusted.
- Support user adoption by explaining insights, assumptions, and business impacts.
