Be part of a team where performance, collaboration, and innovation come together to drive success.

We are actively seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability Specialist to join our Asset Management department. Reporting to the Asset Management Team Lead, the Maintenance Reliability Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Maintenance teams by improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Act as the Business Unit master data gatekeeper for maintenance and asset-related data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to established data governance standards.

  • Drive reliability improvement initiatives, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs, to improve asset performance, uptime, and lifecycle costs.

  • Partner closely with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to identify reliability risks and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Work closely with the Maintenance Analyst to analyze KPIs to identify trends, validate data quality, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Support implementation and sustainment for reliability best practices, standards, and governance across the business unit.

  • Act as a technical resource and coach for maintenance and operations teams on reliability tools, methodologies, and proper data usage within the CMMS/EAM (Maximo).

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven experience in maintenance within oil and gas

  • Strong working knowledge of reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RCFA, PM optimization, and condition-based monitoring.

  • Demonstrated experience with CMMS/EAM, (Maximo preferred) master data management and data governance principles.

  • Strong understanding of asset data structures, equipment hierarchies, failure modes, and maintenance strategies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite, particularly excel

  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements in an Oil & Gas environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a CMMS/EAM system, preferably IBM Maximo.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven maintenance experience in Oil & Gas.

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong data analysis and reporting skills preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Based at our head office in downtown Calgary.

Great things aren’t done by one person, they’re done by a team.

We believe meaningful results come from people with unwavering commitment to integrity, energy, and intelligence – how we show up matters just as much as what we deliver. We value our work, our communities, and our commitments – but most of all, we value the team of people who make what we do possible.
