LOCATION: Eastern Canada (Fully Remote)

SALARY RANGE: $60, + uncapped commission

What Will You Do?
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to identify and qualify new business leads
  • Build, manage, and grow client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business requirements
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets using strong negotiation and closing techniques
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to share market insights and refine sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively present value propositions
What Do You Bring?
  • Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience, with a strong focus on hunting and new business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • B2B lead generation and sales experience is required

Vos responsabilités :
  • Effectuer des appels sortants auprès de clients potentiels afin d’identifier et qualifier de nouvelles occasions d’affaires
  • Développer, gérer et renforcer les relations clients grâce à une communication efficace et un suivi rigoureux
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs exigences
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente grâce à de solides compétences en négociation et en conclusion
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes pour partager des insights du marché et améliorer les stratégies commerciales
  • Maintenir des dossiers précis de toutes les activités de vente et interactions clients dans le CRM
  • Rester informé(e) des tendances du marché et des connaissances produits afin de présenter efficacement les propositions de valeur
Ce que vous apportez :
  • Minimum de 2+ années d’expérience en ventes internes, avec un fort accent sur la prospection et le développement de nouveaux clients
  • Solide historique d’atteinte ou de dépassement des objectifs de vente
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles en anglais et en français
  • Capacité démontrée à négocier, conclure et bâtir des relations durables
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique et en télétravail
  • Connaissance des systèmes CRM et des logiciels de vente
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires requis; baccalauréat préféré
  • Expérience en génération de prospects et en ventes B2B requise
