Le poste de représentant des ventes internes bilingue est chargé d'impacter et de soutenir tous les clients de l'entreprise, ce qui comprend les parties prenantes internes et les membres de l'équipe engagés dans le parcours client.

Salaire : 55 $ à 58 $ de salaire de base + participation aux bénéfices
Horaires : Du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 17h00
Fonctions et responsabilités :
- Assister les clients en personne, par téléphone et électroniquement
- Utiliser les systèmes informatiques pour fournir des informations sur les prix et la disponibilité
- Maintenir le professionnalisme lors des interactions avec les clients et représenter nos clients avec intégrité
- Développer et maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits et une capacité à éduquer les clients Identifier et évaluer les besoins des clients pour atteindre la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients
- Contacter les fabricants / fournisseurs pour obtenir des informations sur les produits et s'assurer que les délais sont respectés
- Soutenir les autres employés de la succursale
Qualifications :
- Compétences de communication bilingues en anglais et en français
- Éducation post-secondaire (préférée mais non nécessaire)
- Expérience antérieure dans le service client, les ventes internes ou les ventes au détail Capacité à travailler au bureau
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe

The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative position is tasked with impacting and supporting all of the company's clients, which includes internal stakeholders and team members engaged with the customer journey.

Salary : $55,-$58, base salary + profit sharing
Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 30AM-5 : 00PM Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in person, by phone and electronically
- Utilize computer systems to provide information on price and availability
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and represent our clients with integrity
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and an ability to educate customers
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and customer retention
- Contact manufacturers / vendors for product information and to ensure deadlines are met
- Support other branch employees
Qualifications :
- Bilingual communication skills in both English and French
- Post-secondary education (preferred but not necessary)
- Previous experience in either customer service, inside sales or retail sales
- Ability to work in-office
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
