Temps plein : du lundi au vendredi environ 35h.

Salaire : selon expérience

Tâches

Assurer le service à la clientèle des Galeries St-Hyacinthe

Prendre les appels téléphoniques

Effectuer la location des poussettes, fauteuils roulants et marchettes

Effectuer la vente de carte-cadeaux, de billets d’autobus

Localisation des boutiques et des magasins sur demandes des clients

Gestion du kiosque

Gestion d’inventaire

Compilation hebdomadaire

Création / modification de fichiers excel et word

Gestion de l’équipe de préposées du kiosque

Communiquer de façon précise les requêtes à la sécurité et aux concierges

Toutes autres tâches connexes

Compétences recherchées

Être dynamique

Être une personne courtoise

Avoir un bon sens de la débrouillardise

Aimer le service à la clientèle

Se débrouille bien avec l’informatique de base

Exigences :

Maîtrise du français oral et écrit

Connaissance des logiciels Word et Excel
