Job description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for our North American team. As our Implementation Manager, you will be tasked with :
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet delivery deadlines.
- Manage scope changes and ensure project goals align with client requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Conduct client onboarding sessions and ensure readiness for deployment.
- Provide regular status updates and gather feedback to address concerns proactively.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
- Coordinate hardware installation, software configuration, and integration with existing systems.
- Guide cross-functional teams, including technical staff and external vendors, to achieve project objectives.
- Provide training and knowledge-sharing to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Ensure implementations meet organizational standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of project milestones, decisions, and client interactions.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
