Job descriptionProven experience in InEight document control and system implementation on construction projects. Experience customizing InEight to meet business needs. Strong background in creating and managing Document Control Processes Solid understanding of version control, system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques. Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance frameworks. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams. Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and secure document management practices. Job Description
- Implements an effective document management system for the storage, retrieval and use of all documents using InEight
- Prepare management information reports & disseminate information using InEight software
- Creation and management of Document Control Processes
- Manages effective communication of outputs to all stakeholders
- Supports the change management and contract processes across the program
- Ensure that document storage aligns to policy and procedures for the organization and meets contractual obligations
- Facilitate the generation and maintenance of Document Registers and Transmittal Records as appropriate.
- Maintain and update technical progress trackers.
- Quality check documents to project / company standards.
- Maintain accurate & timely records in InEight
- Identify opportunities for improvements to procedures, processes, systems and documents.
- Managing mailing or distribution lists as needed.
