Description de l’offre d’emploi
Tâches principales :
Effectuer l’entretien général des immeubles (peinture, réparations mineures, entretien extérieur)
Intervenir sur des petits travaux de plomberie, électricité et HVAC de base
Répondre aux demandes des locataires et assurer le suivi
Réaliser des inspections préventives et signaler les travaux majeurs au gestionnaire
Exigences minimales :
Diplôme d’études secondaires
Expérience en entretien général ou métier connexe (plomberie, électricité, menuiserie, etc.)
Connaissances de base en plomberie, électricité et peinture
Maîtrise du français
Conditions de travail :
Temps plein, permanent, 40 h/semaine
Travail de jour principalement, avec disponibilité occasionnelle en soirée ou fin de semaine pour urgences
