Job descriptionSupport supervisors with facility & corporate training initiatives. Provide support for transfers, layoffs, disciplinary actions, payroll, and employee relations related matters. Assist with drafting and preparing employment contracts, offers, agreements, memorandums, and other correspondence as required. Provide support and training assistance to supervisors and employees on Human Resources processes and policies. Respond to employee inquiries and concerns and take steps to resolve issues. Review and update policies and procedures. Provide HR administrative support customer and recertification audits. Coordinate employee engagement programs such as team-building days, charity events, staff events and wellness activities and / or topics. Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc. Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP. Other duties as assigned. University degree or College diploma in Human Resources or related field 1+ years of experience in similar role Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics company is an asset Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills Interpersonal skills to collaborate with varying departments Proficient using MS Office Ability to maintain discretion & confidentiality NB : Successful candidates will be required to provide photo ID, banking details, a valid SIN number, and (if applicable) a valid work permit
