Job description

Manager People and Culture (reporting directly to c-suite) - Onsite

We seek a Manager of People & Culture to join an innovative organization that fosters a collaborative and engaging work environment. In this role, you will drive HR strategies that align with business goals, promote employee engagement, and support the high-growth of a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives, designing training & development initiatives, implementing performance management, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance to ensure fairness and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive cultural transformation and foster an environment that supports innovation and collaboration.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support change management and scaling efforts during periods of growth.

What You Bring :

  • 10+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, with at least 5 years developing and implementing HR programs, policies, and frameworks that drive organizational success.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, training, compensation, and strategy development.
  • Experience in manufacturing and entrepreneurial environments is required.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
