Job Description :
Our client is looking to hire an AP analyst. The company is privately owned and operated with a focus on general contracting, construction and project management.
Duties of the AP Analyst is as follows but not limited to :
- Post vendor bills
- Track vendor bills vs. purchase order or subcontract limits
- Print and distribute paper cheques when required
- Make bank deposits
- Provide relief support for our Admin Assistant (e.g. answering phone, arranging courier pickups, etc.)
- Filing : Scanning incoming mail. Printing and filing documents emailed from remote workers
- Scanning documents as required for audit or year-end purposes
- Additional Duties : The AP Clerk / Bookkeeper may take on other duties depending on skills, experience, and the company’s requirements.
