Job description

Dental Receptionist Part-Time

Please Do Not Apply If You Have No Dental Experience.

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist. This job will mainly consist of mainly reception duties.

Responsibilities :

Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.

Requirements :

Excellent communication skills, reliability, dedication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to learn to join our team.

You must be available to work the following shifts :

Mondays : 5 to 8 : 30

Wednesday : 5-8 : 30

Thursday : 5-8 : 30

Friday : 5-8 : 30

Saturdays : Alternate 9-4

Part-time hours :

15-20 hours per week.

Job Types :

Part-time, Permanent.

Salary :

25.00-$30.00 per hour.
