Job descriptionProvide compassionate, resident-focused care in a warm, home-like environment. Support residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assist with meals, feeding, and nutrition, ensuring residents receive the care they need. Respond promptly to call bells, phone requests, and team assistance needs. Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and co-workers to meet individual needs. Deliver safe and effective care under supervisor guidance, respecting each resident's preferences, strengths, and limitations. Contribute to a positive, confidential, and supportive environment for residents and staff. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience. A Health Care Aide certificate from an accredited program. Active registration with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory. Current CPR / BCLS certification for healthcare providers. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. A commitment to person-centered care and compassionate service. Critical thinking skills and a positive, professional attitude.

Hourly Rate : $21.92 - $31.05
