Job description

MaxSys Staffing & Consulting will not sponsor individuals for employment visas. Only Candidates authorized to work in Canada will be contacted.Our team at MaxSys has partnered with our client to hire a full-time experienced Shop Hand to help out in their Moncton branch.

Position Details:

Monday-Friday from 6am-4pm (with some flexibility pending approval)
Pay rate will vary depending on experience, between $18-$21/h
Weekly Pay

As a shop hand you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Help out with the day-to-day operations of the shop
Ensure work is performed safely
Handling parts inventory
Maintain a clean working environment
Maintaining equipment, performing repairs
Identifying equipment malfunctions
Perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will be:

Mechanically inclined
Have a clean criminal record
Must have a valid drivers license
Familiar with small engine repair
Knowledgeable with the use of power tools
Capable of working with limited supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (must have strong written and verbal knowledge of the English language)
Must be comfortable with bending, crouching, and heavy lifting
