Truck and Trailer Technician

Lounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Moncton and Fredericton is looking for a Licensed Truck & Trailer Technician.You will work with an experienced team of Technicians, doing diagnostics and repairs on MACK and / or VOLVO heavy-duty trucks. Providing excellent customer service is our top priority. We hope you will share that passion.SIGNING BONUS : of up to $2,500 for Licensed Truck and Trailer TechniciansThis is a unionized position : Licensed Truck and Trailers Technicians are paid $39.29 per hourPay increases every NovemberTiered pay rate for Apprentices

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair the mechanical and electrical components of heavy-duty trucks by testing the trucks systems and componentsDrive the vehicle for testing purposes

Qualifications

Apprentice or Licensed Truck & Trailer TechnicianValid driver's license and clean driver's abstractBe able to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentMust be able to use power tools and common hand tools to perform workAble to sit, stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods of timeWork individually and as part of a team
