WHAT YOU’LL DO | VOTRE RÔLE

En tant que directeur(trice) général(e), vous assurerez la performance du magasin, favoriserez la mobilisation de l’équipe et offrirez une expérience client exceptionnelle.

As General Manager, you will lead the store to achieve key sales and profitability goals, inspire a culture of engagement, and deliver joyful customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS | À PROPOS DE VOUS

6+ years in retail / multi-unit management, leading leaders
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Mobile and able to lift up to 40 lbs
Available for flexible scheduling (evenings / weekends / holidays)
Bilingual (French / English) – required in Québec
Expérience de gestion (6 ans+), leadership d'équipe
Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente
Mobilité et capacité à soulever jusqu'à 40 lb
