About the role

We’re looking for a Manager, Vendor Management , to join our growing team!

Build relationships and networks with suppliers, business partners, peers and leaders to support your professional growth and success.

Strengthen your expertise as you optimize the vendor management function within IT and the Laboratories.

Grow your leadership and change management skills, both on-the-job and through in-house leadership training programs.

Transform strategy into action and get your point across to whoever may be in the room.

Challenge the status quo with empathy and diplomacy.

Proactively manage IT and the laboratories overall vendor portfolio.

Manage the assignation process.

Identify and support key strategic projects.

Identify and mitigate project at risk.

Coach, support, develop and lead your team.

What you bring to the table :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, professional designation such as CPP considered an asset, or any combination of equivalent education and experience

Experienceas a manager(aminimumoftwoyearsofexperiencemanagingateam).

Deep knowledge of vendor management and current insights of IT market trends and vendors is required.

Strong Excel and analytical skills in critical thinking, decision-making, problem solving, and attention to detail.

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
