We are seeking General Labour staff with experience in a Construction Environment to join our client's team on a project in North Vancouver.

What We Offer:

• Duration: March to July (3-4 month project)/ 20-30 hours per week

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am start time

• Rate: $21.00 + vacation pay = $21.84 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and clean up construction sites
• Carpentry assistance
• Load/unload supplies, equipment, and construction materials
• Additional duties as assigned
• Must have the ability to do heavy lifting, bending, kneeling and crouching
• Work using hand and power tools
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions
• Keep the work area clean and organized, minimizing hazards and optimizing productivity
• Concrete removal and substrate preparation
• Installation and removal of simple formwork

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Carpentry/Concrete Experience an asset
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to carpentry work.
• be reliable and capable of working with other workers on the crew
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, joinery, and construction processes
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement safety protocols
• Steel toe boots, Hardhat and vest required
