General Administrator

Upcoming Position
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive General Administrator to support daily operations in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will manage office activities, maintain accurate records, coordinate communication between departments, and assist with purchasing, and scheduling tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to management and production teams
– Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
– Coordinate office communications, meetings, and schedules
– Assist with purchasing, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination
– Prepare reports, correspondence, and basic data entry
Shift:
– Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Pay:
– $22.50-25/hour
– Weekly pay every Friday
Qualifications:
– Previous administrative experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Proficiency with MS Office and basic data-management tools
– Excellent verbal and written communication
