Job description

Job Description : Change Management :

  • Design, develop, and execute a detailed change management strategy aligned with project milestones and post-go live support to the businesses.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and identify key barriers to successful implementation, including :
  • Gaps and areas requiring focus and support.
  • Potential areas of resistance and strategies to address them proactively.
  • Establish and track metrics to measure the success of change management initiatives, such as adoption rates, training completion and effectiveness, change sustainability, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and develop compelling, user-friendly communication materials to inform and engage users.

Training Documentation and Delivery :

  • Determine the best approach to deliver training to both :
  • All impacted Housing Management Solution users during project rollouts
  • New hires as part of Onboarding.
  • Create, execute, and maintain the training program and all associated training documents in adherence with the following constraints :
  • Training delivery aimed as specific job roles.
  • If instructor-led, multiple sessions must be offered to minimize the impact on business continuity.
  • All training documents and deliverables must be developed in both XX and French.
  • Travel must be minimized even though users are located throughout the province.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Housing Management Solution and the various user job roles.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and development.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and learning opportunities.
  • Work with the project team to align training deliverables with project milestones and rollouts.
  • Communicate software problems and issues encountered to the project team
  • Conducting other Change Manager / Trainer tasks as required.
  • Attending project team status meetings and other working group meetings as required.
  • Working closely with the project team to complete assigned deliverables and meet project deadlines.
  • The individual will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencing the assignment.
  • Mandate Requirements :

  • Our client seeks a candidate who demonstrate the following Mandatory Requirements :
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as education, organizational development, human resources, business administration, communications, etc.; OR relevant diplomas, certifications or designations in both Learning & Development and Change Management Yes / No.
  • A minimum of 4+ years’ experience working in training development and delivery, teaching and / or facilitation experience. Minimum 4 years.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in change management or a related area. Minimum 4 years.
  • Scored Requirements :

  • Our client seeks a candidate that demonstrates the following scored requirements.
  • Demonstrate real-world experience as a Change Manager on large-scale projects across multi-functional teams.
  • Provide details on the experience of designing, developing, and executing a detailed change management strategy aligned with project milestones and post-go live support.
  • 4+ years gained in the last 10 years
  • Demonstrate experience developing training materials for multiple user groups within a company / corporation.
  • Indicate the types of deliverables produced and the software and tools that were used.
  • Demonstrate experience providing training delivery across multiple user groups. Describe the approach used, i.e. classroom-led, remote instructor-led, train-the-trainer, videos, LMS systems, etc.
  • Provide details on how training delivered during project rollouts was maintained post go-live and how it was incorporated into the training of new hires as part of the onboarding process.
  • Provide details on relevant experience gained in the last 5 years
  • Provide details on how Change Management / Training success was measured, such as tracking metrics on adoption rates, training completion and effectiveness, change sustainability, and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide details on relevant experience gained in the last 5 years
  • Describe challenges experienced in Change Management / Training Delivery and how this was resolved.
  • For example, handling user resistance to change and other key barriers to successful implementation.
  • Describe 3+ challenges experienced.
  • Experience working as a Change Manager / Trainer with information systems operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment that provides critical services to clients. 3+ years gained in the last 5 years.
  • Experience working with any of the following :
  • Within the Housing sector and / or with housing management systems.
  • With the delivery and management of small to large loans.
  • Provide details on relevant experience gained in the last 10 years
