About This Role

Are you continuing your career as a sales professional or just starting out? If you are looking for a career that provides long-term stable livelihood, Brampton Memorial Gardens in Brampton, Ontario is offering the opportunity for a permanent sales career in a growing industry as a Pre-Planning Director.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for promoting pre-planning by contacting and meeting clients to pre-arrange their funeral and cemetery arrangements. Previous sales experience is preferred, but you MUST be willing to work hard, learn, be highly motivated, and driven to succeed, with a well-established network in the community.

You will receive paid training, company benefits, a generous merit-based pay structure, and a structured bonus program, in addition to incentive-based contests for top performance. • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with Cemetery Operations, Funeral, and Home Office Centres of Excellence to achieve company revenue goals and objectives.
