Additionally, you will utilize intermediate to advanced software skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, to process orders and support inventory documentation. Responsibilities
• Strong customer care skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English to interact professionally with clients and internal leadership.
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to customized ERP, POS, or accounting software systems (such as Sage).
• High attention to detail with strong multi-tasking capabilities in a steady to fast-paced office environment.
• Friendly, positive, and resilient demeanor under pressure, with the ability to manage changing priority levels.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of direct customer service or customer care experience involving direct client contact.
• Proven track record in front desk operations, administrative support, or over-the-counter sales.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software; experience with POS or Sage accounting software is a strong asset.
• Complete fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Ability to work 100% on-site at the Winnipeg, Manitoba location.
