Job description

T. Weber Co. Ltd. is a family ran business that strives to provide superior service in pavement maintenance, oil undercoating and snowplowing.

T. Weber Co. Ltd. has a team of hardworking individuals with great values and a passion to succeed. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe working environment. We are always looking for innovative ideas to expand the future growth of our organization.

Do you love driving but want a job where you can be home every night? T. Weber is looking for a local AZ Driver to join their growing team! We are an asphalt paving company that is looking for the right individual to contribute to the crew by floating equipment/machinery to and from job sites and to help with the paving process.

We offer benefits and a wage review after a three-month probation. This position is full-time Monday-Friday with 10-12 hours per day, with some Saturdays and offers overtime pay after 55 hours a week. If you are willing to work, we want to work with you!

This posting reflects a current hiring need for our client. We use AI-assisted tools to help review resumes and identify potential candidate matches, however all hiring decisions are made by our team and the client directly.
