Live-out / Live-in LMIA employment offer.
We are a family in Baden (Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario) looking for a full-time nanny 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm Monday to Friday including some weekends with advanced notice and as needed (e.g., family event, holidays when agreed upon by both parties, illness if needing help).
As our nanny, you should be ready to become “a mother's second set of hands” doing everything that mom does. E.g., Cleaning, feeding and playing with the kids, cleaning around the house such as laundry, washing, as well meal preparation.
I have 3 lovely children aged 3.5 years, 2 years, and a 5-month old. My toddlers are well behaved and do not require any special needs care. I take care of my 5-month old as a stay-at-home-mom but will require you to step in to help anytime and as the baby gets older so experience in all age groups is a requirement.
LMIA sponsorship- As our nanny, you must be willing to accept a 2-3 week trial period where you will be a live-out until we feel comfortable and satisfied with your work habits and your ability to adapt to our family’s needs. Only then, will we consider you move into our home as a live-in. We have an extra bedroom and on-suite to support you as a live-in, if the time comes. To be clear, we need to build a fully trusting relationship before having you join our family as a live-in.
We are offering $20 per hour. We will reevaluate you for a pay increase at 6 months and again at 1 year. Based on how happy we are, we are willing to increase your pay.
We will cover the costs for your travel to and from work every day (e.g., bus). A bus stop is located on our street in infront of our house only 1 block away. We would prefer you hold a driver's licence and you are able to drive so that you can run errands such as grocery shop as needed, although this is not a requirement of the job.
