We are immediately seeking a committed and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join an elite team in the automotive manufacturing sector, conveniently located on the Mississauga/Oakville border. This isn't just a job; it’s an invitation to become a core player in our client's success—your commitment to excellence will directly fuel innovation in a fast-paced environment!

This position is a current opening.

As a Production Operator, you will be at the heart of production, operating state-of-the-art automotive machinery to create high-quality components. You'll thrive within a supportive, collaborative team that prioritizes quality and open communication.

Be aware of 5-10 days of training time on Day Shift (7am – 3pm)

Then your schedule could be:

1. Continental Days (7am – 7pm => 84 hours biweekly)
or
2. Continental Nights (7pm – 7am => 84 hours biweekly)
or
3. Conventional afternoon (3pm - 11pm)
or
4. Conventional night (11pm-7am)

Wage :$19/hr .

Responsibilities
Your daily duties as a Production Operator will include:

- Machine Operating: Maintain continuous operation of the machines to produce quality parts
- Operate machine, turn on/off, adjust if required, validate process gauges as required
- Load and unload parts into and out of machine/furnace ensuring proper orientation and location
- Monitor machine operation to detect issues to notify their supervisors in the event of a machine error or malfunction
- Inspect parts. Visually examine parts to assess the quality of parts produced
- Complete all necessary paperwork
- Push and pull carts (physical labour)
- Keep work area clean and organized, maintain 5S standards
- Taking finished products from the machine and packaging into boxes

**You will be stationed at one spot to be trained 100% before learning all tasks.

Qualifications
Qualification for the perfect Production Operator :

- Steel Toes are mandatory
- Able to lift 30-50lbs at times but you can share the lift. Majority of items are 2-10lbs
- Able to work in a warm-hot environment
- Available for both afternoon and night shifts
