Role Overview

Reporting to the Manager ERP Technology, the ERP Project Specialist - SAP plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP-related projects. This role involves coordinating multi-functional teams, handling timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring that project goals align with business objectives.

The Specialist serves as a bridge between technical teams, business partners, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and optimization of ERP systems i.e. S / 4 HANA, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors.

This is an initial 12-month contract to start with strong possibility of extension based on program needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
• Help plan and implement ERP projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations, leading end-to-end implementation and coordination with system integration vendors and business teams for projects such as S / 4HANA, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors etc.
• Facilitate communication between SAP consultants, vendors, and internal business and technical teams.
• Drive and facilitate the team leads to monitor project timelines and deliverables ensuring alignment to project plans.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users across departments such as Operations, Marketing and Finance.
• Participate in change management initiatives to ensure positive adoption of new SAP features and workflows.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain documentation including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support project process compliance for Corporate Applications SOX and related audits.
• Assist in the development of critical metrics and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Facilitate testing and validation of ERP functionalities before deployment.
• Provide ongoing support and fixes for SAP users, advancing issues as needed to technical teams.

Qualifications

Pay Range : CAD $null - $null per year

The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
