About the Role

We are looking for someone who is self‑motivated and a great problem solver to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate likes to work in a fast‑paced environment. This position will provide maintenance services for our production and shipping team on the day shift, Monday‑Friday, 7 : 00am‑3 : 30pm.

Established in 1982, Great Little Box Company is a family‑owned and operated leading manufacturer of labels, corrugated boxes & displays, folding cartons, digital print & packaging, protective packaging, and the distribution of shipping supplies.

Compensation

The typical compensation range for this position is $38.00–42.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preventative and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform and help build our preventative maintenance program.
• Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics including PLCs.
• Read and interpret drawings, machine parts from a sketch, sample or plans.
• Install, move and modify equipment as required.
• Follow all maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory codes while always maintaining a safe work environment.
• Continue to upgrade skills on an ongoing basis.
• Document all works carried out through our CMMS system.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with PLCs including Siemens S5 & S7, Allen Bradley SLC 500, Micro Logix, etc.
