Responsibilities
The responsibilities for the stationary engineer position include:
Equipment Operations: Perform operations, water testing, and maintenance on boilers, compressors, and cooling systems.
Building Automation: Operate ventilation networks and purified water systems via the building automation system (BAS).
Plumbing & Preventive Maintenance: Conduct rigorous inspections of plumbing equipment and execute site preventive maintenance.
Emergency Systems: Perform periodic checks on emergency generators and the fire main pump.
Respond to general building alarms and immediately implement necessary corrective actions.

Qualifications

Education: Vocational diploma (DEP) in Stationary Engine Mechanics.
