Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm | Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and data entry support
- Entry of freight bills in a timely and accurate manner
- Printing and preparing documentation for our operations team
- Freight bill coding and scanning of documents
- Monitoring and responding to the department's email inbox
- Perform other related duties as required to support daily operations
What you Bring
- Minimum of High School or equivalency.
- Minimum of 55 words per minute, typing speed
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with proven organizational skills.
- Good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
- Experience with transportation system (TruckMate) is an asset.
- Transportation industry knowledge is considered an asset.
