No previous roofing experience is required. We'll provide the training and support you need to get started.

What You'll Do

As an Appointment Setter, you'll help introduce homeowners to Rydel Roofing's services and create new opportunities for our sales team.

You'll:

• Meet and speak with homeowners in person and introduce them to our roofing services.

• Start friendly conversations and learn about homeowners' needs.

• Build rapport and create a positive first impression.

• Clearly explain our services and answer basic questions.

• Identify homeowners who may benefit from speaking with a sales specialist.

• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

• Keep accurate records of your conversations and appointments.

• Maintain consistent daily activity and work toward personal and team goals.

• Stay positive and professional when conversations don't lead to an appointment.

• Represent Rydel Roofing with professionalism and integrity.
