The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a best-in-class security and compliance program that meets the requirements of various privacy and security regulations. This executive role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in IT and cybersecurity, particularly within SaaS, cloud software, healthcare technology, or highly regulated industries. The CISO/VP of IT will also be tasked with executive leadership, establishing IT and security roadmaps, and building a high-performing technology and security organization. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 12 years of progressive IT leadership experience and 7 years leading enterprise cybersecurity programs. The role requires a deep understanding of security, privacy, and compliance standards such as HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001, as well as experience in managing IT budgets and technology organizations.
