Job Description

ChatsCloudCover is urgently seeking a meticulous and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our Halifax team. This position requires someone who can input and manage data efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and contribute to the seamless operation of our data management processes.

Salary : $15.50 - $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

Enter, update, and verify data in company databases with precision and speed.
Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Organize and maintain both digital and physical records systematically.
Prepare reports and summaries based on data entries as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to support data consistency and integrity.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
