Job Summary :
Reporting to the Plant Manager and in collaboration with the business partners of the financial performance team, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Production Information Coordinator to join our team. The incumbent supports the management team of the facility, particularly in the production and customer quotation processes. They work closely with production managers to understand data needs with the aim of enhancing overall performance. Manage production information technician.
Major Responsabilities :
• Supervises the compilation and consolidation of actual data versus budgeted data at the production performance level.
• Ensures the compilation and quality of data related to identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Produces monthly reports including key indicators and variance reports.
• Oversees inventory tracking.
• Collaborates with different departments to develop strategies to reduce waste.
• Monitors or ensures the implementation of recommendations and action plans received to address performance variances.
• Provides support to the plant director in analysis, forecasting, reporting, and projects.
• Collaborates in the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting process (performance/efficiency aspect).
• Works in constant collaboration with business partners and senior analysts of the financial performance team.
• Participates in the production planning process.
• Collaborates with management to update forecasting models at the production performance level.
• Participates in the customer quotation process (floor tests, performance, speed, lineup).
• Participates in the research and development process (improvement and new product).
• Supervises and supports production information analysts and technicians.
• Performs any other related tasks associated with the role.
Qualifications and Education Experience :
• College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• Between three (3) and five (5) years of experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
• Shows a thorough understanding of the interdependence of production factors.
• Committed to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality.
• Ability to evolve the team to remain effective and aligned with best practices.
• Positive approach and aptitude for initiative and innovation.
