Job description
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a talent for customer relations? We are currently seeking a Bilingual Sales & Quotations Coordinator to join a premier player in the North American utility and manufacturing sector.

This is a dynamic inside sales position with a direct impact on revenue growth, customer retention, and margin protection. In this role, you will play a critical part in coordinating and preparing competitive, accurate quotations for both existing and prospective utility accounts. Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing teams to ensure every bid is costed correctly and aligned with manufacturing capabilities.

Advantages

-8.5 hours a day with 1 hour lunch

Responsibilities
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain customer relationships
-Must be organized, efficient, accurate and possess the ability to prioritize and work under critical
deadlines.
-Frequent customer interaction
-Daily collaboration with Sales Management, Engineering, Production, Planning, Purchasing and QA.
-ERP systems and quotation tools
-Data management
- Ability to recognize and identify price/cost inconsistencies, make corrections as needed.
-Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
-Order entry

Qualifications
-Full scope of MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
-MS Excel skills: Lookup functions, pivot tables and managing large spreadsheets
-Must have strong mathematical and analytical abilities
-Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
-Post secondary Education in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
-Fully bilingual (English/French) – strong verbal and written communication skills required
