  • Lead project planning and implementation efforts, ensuring clear objectives and timelines.
  • Proactively identify and communicate project risks to clients and senior management for effective mitigation.
  • Manage change orders to prevent unfunded scope creep and ensure project costs align with approved budgets.
  • Proactively manage changes and resolve conflicts as they occur during projects.
  • Meet project deadlines and deliverables by managing the workload of various resources assigned to projects.
  • Collaborate with the owner’s engineer and site representatives to ensure project delivery, prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee contract procurement, negotiations, and all commercial aspects of projects.
  • Establish, develop, and expand business relationships within the industry.
  • Prepare and manage project reports, including progress updates, risk registers, cost status, and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and files.
  • Travel as required for project meetings with contractors, stakeholders, utilities, and permitting agencies.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

  • Have strong skills with Microsoft Office and technical design software.
  • Proven track record of excellence in client relationship development and maintenance.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and willingness to learn.
