Overview
Our Staff SW Engineer is a senior member of a team of engineers specializing in software development for our Mobile Products. This is a hybrid position; you are expected to work on-site at the Richmond office from Tuesday-Thursday and can work remotely on Monday and Friday, unless otherwise communicated.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of software solutions for our next-generation Mobile products
- Define, implement, and maintain robust software architectures for Mobile products, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to define and implement feature roadmaps and release schedules
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software for all stages of production
- Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices
- Work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive product development and integration
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring robust and reliable software performance
- Provide technical mentorship to the SW Engineering team, fostering knowledge sharing
