We are seeking a dedicated, bilingual Tim Horton’s Team Member to deliver exceptional service to travelers passing through the Roméo LeBlanc International Airport. In this vital front-line role, you will utilize your strong communication skills in both English and French to provide efficient, high-quality service in a unique and energetic travel environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Welcome airport travelers, flight crews, and airport personnel with a warm, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Confidently and efficiently take orders and answer guest questions in both English and French
  • Accurately enter orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system, handle cash and electronic transactions, and provide correct change and receipts.
  • Brew coffee, steep tea, and prepare specialized hot and cold beverages (such as Iced Capps, lattes, and espresso drinks) strictly following Tim Horton’s gold standards.
  • Efficiently prepare and assemble breakfast sandwiches, lunch items, wraps, and baked goods, ensuring proper portion control and appealing presentation.
  • Keep the bakery display showcases continuously stocked, organized, and looking fresh throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a high level of speed, accuracy, and composure during peak airport travel rushes (such as early morning departures or delayed flight windows).
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and counter teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless flow of orders from prep to hand-off.
  • Monitor front-of-house stock levels (cups, lids, napkins, condiments) and replenish them proactively
  • Keep counter, ordering areas, beverage stations, and food prep surfaces clean and sanitized in accordance with food safety regulations and brand standards.
  • Adhere to all OHS and food safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain adherence to all airport-specific safety, security, and operational guidelines required for working within the terminal environment

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English
  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Experience working with Tim Horton's or similar franchise considered an asset
  • Valid WHMIS and Food Safe (Basic or Advanced), First Aid Certification is an asset
  • Knowledge of and commitment to upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently supervised and unsupervised
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

This is a full-time position with a day time schedule. The pay range for this position is $15.90 - $16.70.
