Job summary
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Electronic Assembler is responsible for performing inspections and through-hole (TH) repairs on electronic circuit boards.
Description of key responsibilities
Inspect and repair through-hole electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Trim component leads and perform assembly as required.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the through-hole assembly process.
Inspect and repair electronic assemblies in accordance with IPC standards.
Prepare cables and wire harnesses.
Identify defective PCBs.
Participate in the periodic maintenance of soldering equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Perform any other related tasks as required.

Excellent manual dexterity for precision work.
Good mastery of IPC standards for electronic assembly.
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently.
Strong sense of quality and effectiveness.
Excellent visual acuity.
Vigilance regarding health and safety risks.
Ability to maintain focus over extended periods.
Team-player attitude.
Requirements
DEP in Electronics or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of IPC standards.
2–3 years of experience in electronic assembly.
Good knowledge of written and spoken French.
Equipment Used
Through-hole assembly equipment.
Soldering iron.
Various hand tools.
