Electrical project manager Jobs in Brampton, ON

This role ensures that all schedules are reliable, resourced, baselined, and continuously monitored. The Project Manager is expected to be a subject matter expert in Microsoft Project Online, proactively manage risks, and enforce strict change control. Projects involve mission-critical data center infrastructure such as STSs, PDUs, RPPs, transformers, and UPS systems. Flawless execution and zero tolerance for weak project management practices are expected.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation to closure with full ownership
• Build, baseline, and audit project schedules in Microsoft Project Online, ensuring logical dependencies and clear critical paths
• Manage shared resources effectively, preventing over-allocation and balancing capacity vs. demand
• Define scope of work, WBS, and work packages with clear accountability
• Enforce strict Change Control with comprehensive documentation and executive approval tracking
• Implement proactive Risk Management, identifying, quantifying, and mitigating risks
• Provide weekly look-ahead schedules aligned to resource availability and status
