GrizzlyTrek is hiring First Nations, Metis, Inuit, and non-status Indigenous electricians and apprentices, from first year through Red Seal journeyperson, to build careers in Alberta's electrical trade.

Position Type Full-Time Location Red Deer, Alberta Seats Available Apprentice Electrician (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year) and Journeyperson Electrician Hours 10 hours per day Compensation Journeyperson starting at $42.00 per hour; apprentice rates based on year and experience Experience Electrical experience in industrial and/or commercial settings, appropriate to your level Certification Journeyperson or Red Seal Electrician for journeyperson seats; registered or eligible Alberta apprentice for apprentice seats.

The Role GrizzlyTrek is seeking Indigenous electricians and apprentices to join our valued client's team on a project based in Calgary, Alberta.

This is a full-time opportunity supporting industrial and commercial electrical installation and maintenance work.

We are filling both journeyperson seats and apprentice seats across all four years.

Journeypersons will work hands-on in the field, mentor apprentices, and coordinate with site teams to deliver quality, code-compliant electrical work safely and on schedule.

Apprentices will build their skills alongside Red Seal journeypersons while advancing through their apprenticeship.
