• Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing strategic partnerships. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s services. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including tracking leads and measuring success. Work closely with the estimating team to ensure seamless transition from lead generation to closing deals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in business development or sales roles in the construction or electrical industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
