Job descriptionAnswer incoming calls from group benefits members, federal and provincial program participants, and other clients with professionalism and care. Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with multiple internal departments. Navigate multiple systems (up to 13+ portals, spreadsheets, and specialized platforms) to quickly find solutions. Handle emotionally charged conversations with empathy, patience, and discretion. Maintain high accuracy in data entry while keeping pace in a fast-moving environment. Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written). Strong multitasking skills and comfort working with multiple monitors and platforms. Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure. Tech-savvy and detail-oriented—able to learn systems quickly. Prior experience in customer service, banking, insurance, healthcare, or retail is an asset. Eligible for federal security clearance (must have been a Canadian resident or permanent resident for at least 5 years). Salary : $43,000 / year (Bilingual) + up to 4% performance incentive. Schedule : 7.5-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (rotating schedules after training). Training : 4–5 weeks paid, daytime virtual training. Equipment : All hardware shipped directly to you.
