ECI Dartmouth is on the hunt for a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant!

Location: Wilkinson Ave, Dartmouth, NS B3B 0J4

Duration: 3 Months (with potential extension)

Wage: $18/hour

Looking to gain hands-on experience in a business environment while building practical data and systems skills? This role offers a great opportunity for students or early-career professionals to contribute to a meaningful data improvement initiative. As a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant at ECI Dartmouth, you will play a key role in enhancing the accuracy of important business information, collaborate with internal teams, and gain exposure to real-world systems and processes, all in a flexible, supportive setting! Your work will directly support improved data accuracy and reporting, helping operational teams stay focused on their core responsibilities while ensuring the business has reliable, standardized information to work with.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Enter and update parts category information within the CDK system
• Enter and update customer category information within the CDK system
• Review data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Follow established guidelines and classification standards
• Collaborate with Parts and Purchasing teams to validate and confirm entries

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Basic computer proficiency (experience with Excel and data entry is an asset)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good organizational and time management skills
