Required: Design, writing, validation and updating of operational procedures Mastery of a new solution, business rules, target processes and user journeys, with operational impact analysis Gathering, validating and structuring information with business experts and POs, autonomously Quality, consistency, compliance and accessibility of content according to writing and document management practices Analysis, synthesis and plain-language explanation of complex concepts for varied audiences Microsoft suite, including SharePoint, Lists and Copilot Use of AI in writing, according to provided processes and templates Profiles to Exclude: IT technical writing profile (API documentation, developer guides, system documentation) without procedures intended for operational business teams. Business analyst profile whose documentation is limited to functional requirements or specifications, without procedures delivered to operational users. Trainer or change management profile whose deliverables are training or communication material, without operational procedures written and maintained. Web, marketing or communication content profile, without business process documentation. Profile limited to occasional updates of existing procedures, without designing documentation for a new process or solution.
