Our Sales Department at NAPA is currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for direct prospecting and acquiring mechanical workshops within their assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospects based on NAPA’s value proposition and with an annual purchase volume exceeding $,
  • Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, purchasing behavior, and NAPA’s ability to meet those needs
  • Support and actively manage new customers during a transition period to build strong relationships before transferring them to the Account Development Specialist
  • Drive sales growth during the onboarding phase
  • Track and report sales activities, appointments, and results through the CRM
  • Effectively plan sales activities

Under the hood

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Bilingual in French and English, as you will collaborate regularly with internal clients across Canada
  • Experience in the automotive parts industry is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to cover a large territory (Ottawa – Maritimes)
