Position : Vice President / Integrator – Second-in-Command

Location : Cloverdale, BC, on site required.

Salary : $150,000 per year

North Western Property Maintenance (NWPM) is seeking a dynamic, driven Vice President / Integrator to join our leadership team and take on a critical second-in-command role. This role will be hands-on, demanding, and essential in executing our ambitious growth and improvement plans for our business unit. As the Integrator, you’ll be at the forefront of aligning our operations with our strategic vision. With a clear plan from the owner, your mission is to drive this vision to reality, bringing energy, accountability, and results across the company. This is not a desk-bound role—we need someone ready to get out in the field, identify issues, and implement solutions.
