North Western Property Maintenance (NWPM) is seeking a dynamic, driven Vice President / Integrator to join our leadership team and take on a critical second-in-command role. This role will be hands-on, demanding, and essential in executing our ambitious growth and improvement plans for our business unit. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, solve complex problems, and lead impactful change.

We pride ourselves on our competitive advantage; continuous improvement.  Check out some videos below about continuous improvement embedded into our company culture.

  • About the Role

As the Integrator, you’ll be at the forefront of aligning our operations with our strategic vision. With a clear plan from the owner, your mission is to drive this vision to reality, bringing energy, accountability, and results across the company. This is not a desk-bound role—we need someone ready to get out in the field, identify issues, and implement solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Integrator within our EOS-based operating structure, ensuring the smooth execution of strategic goals across the business.
  • Oversee and drive operational improvements for a high-need business unit, implementing changes that boost quality, efficiency, and team cohesion.
  • Collaborate closely with Generation Z team members, understanding their motivations and engaging them effectively to build a high-performance culture.
  • Use your landscaping industry experience to ensure operations align with industry best practices and client expectations.
  • Lead from the front by actively participating in on-site problem-solving, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
  • Build accountability into every level of the business, ensuring all team members are aligned and working toward shared goals.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an Integrator Role : Proven track record in an Integrator or similar operations leadership role, ideally within EOS or another structured reporting system.
  • Landscaping Expertise : Background in the landscaping industry, with the ability to understand operational specifics and standards in this field.
  • Generation Z Leadership Skills : Skilled at working with and motivating Generation Z employees, understanding what drives engagement and performance in this cohort.
  • Change Leader : Proven ability to lead and implement significant operational changes.
  • Hands-On Problem Solver : This role requires a proactive, “off-the-desk” leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and is willing to take direct action to fix problems.
  • Why Join NWPM?

NWPM offers an opportunity to work in a fast-growing, dynamic company that values results and accountability. This role provides a unique chance to be a true leader, making tangible impacts on the company and helping shape the future of NWPM.

If you’re ready to bring your expertise and energy to a team that’s as committed to improvement as you are, we’d love to hear from you.
