Job descriptionPost-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, or related field. Previous office experience (financial services or mortgage industry an asset). Our client in the Mortgage and Investment sector is looking to add a talented Mortgage Admin to their team. The organization is expanding its administrative team to provide additional support to the President and the Mortgage Administration group. This is a newly created position designed to enhance workflow efficiency and ensure consistent executive coverage during busy periods.
Day in the Life :
- Start the day reviewing and organizing the President’s inbox, flagging key priorities.
- Manage inbound calls and emails from clients, brokers, and legal partners.
- Prepare mortgage funding and payout documentation.
- Support a small, close-knit admin team with general office duties, scanning, and filing.
- Assist with scheduling, document prep, and light correspondence on behalf of the President.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely, accurate administrative support across departments.
