What & Why :

Our global retail client is opening a number of new locations and is looking to add an IT Support Analyst to their team to support both in office and distribution centre colleagues.

You will be taking technical responsibility for all IT systems on site ensuring efficient, reliable and cost-effective running supporting production, customer service call centre and admin PC users.

You will be responsible for ensuring the systems usage is managed effectively in order to develop and promote good practice and responsible usage of IT systems on site.

You will need a level of systems knowledge, Business Enterprise Servers, Windows, MS Office. MS Excel Skills.

Who :

Our client is the largest privately owned group in their industry and have large scale growth and expansion plans for the Canadian market in the next two years.

They have more than 2000 locations globally and are looking to add another 200 within Canada in short term. This role will be focused on the BC market but some collaboration between Alberta and Ontario may be required.

This is a great chance to join a very well-established brand at the ground floor in Canada. This role is on site in the Canada Way area.

You :

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role :

  • 3+ years experience with both remote and desktop support
  • Experience with the following :
  • Windows 10
  • Office 365
  • Azure AD
  • Computer Hardware (Laptops, desktops, monitors and peripherals)
  • Mobile device management
  • Basic networking troubleshooting
  • Basic application troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting retail environments would be considered an asset

Compensation :

This role pays $25 per hour.
