Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the general production process by applying stains and finishes to assigned products.
  • Apply stains and finishes to assigned products during the production process.
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Demonstrate an eye for colour and ability to interpret, mix and match colours.
  • Maintain strict quality standards for finished products.
  • Prioritize attention to detail and rigorous quality control.
Key Competencies:


  • Critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make decisions.
  • Adaptability
Qualifications & Skills:


  • Minimum 1 year of paint or colour and design experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of paint and it's application.
Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license.


Competitive wages offered and will be determined upon experience.
